For over 25 years, Jack Haber has assisted his clients with advice and leadership in realising their property development goals. Having practised as an architect, designing schools, commercial, and hotel projects both locally and internationally, he expanded his remit to clients with development management services after five years with top-tier developer MAB. Over a subsequent thirteen-year period, he partnered with project management firm PPM, in a new development consultancy, Erison.
In the years since, he has freelanced, acting for government agencies such as VSBA and Parks Victoria, institutional clients including Box Hill Institute and Melbourne Polytechnic, and many private developers. His project history includes residential, mixed-use, civic, heritage, industrial and hotel developments.
With postgraduate qualifications in Applied Finance, Investment, and Land Economics, Jack contributes to client projects with creative vision alongside commercial precision.
Social and Affordable Housing
Recently, as Head of Development for Haven Home Safe, Jack has developed multiple social housing projects across Victoria. With a practical, collaborative, and solutions-focused approach, Jack excels at guiding multi-stakeholder teams—from consultants to contractors—and bridging the gap between vision and real-world execution. He is especially adept at working with government agencies and NGOs on socially impactful housing and infrastructure projects.
