Advisory services have been provided to clients for a broad range of projects. With extensive skills and experience in the ‘front end’ phases of project development, a few selected recent commissions undertaken include:

  • 600 Lonsdale St – Site acquisition, Hotel & Office feasibility and business case, masterplan;
  • LXRA Reclaimed Land – Apartment Development Rosanna, design review, feasibility, market study, procurement options, planning context;
  • LXRA Reclaimed Land – Apartment Development Bell Preston, site analysis, highest and best use studies, design review, feasibility, market study, procurement options, planning context;
  • Public Schools at Kalkallo, Gisborne South, Clyde, Officer Davis Creek, site acquisition due dilligence and negotiations.
  • Vertical State School at Gassworks, Fitzroy, gaining Ministerial approval for site transfer and funding of this multi-agency project for a new $140m school project. Worked closely with senior teams at DTF, DV, DELWP, DJPR and DPC.
  • Roxburgh Central Shopping Centre, Roxburgh Park, pre-acquisition development feasibility and due diligence;
  • Royce Hotel, St Kilda Road, EOI, pre-acquisition feasibility and due diligence;
  • 32 Flinders St Melbourne, pre-acquisition development feasibility and due diligence – Longriver;
  • VACC House 464 St Kilda Rd, pre-acquisition heritage due diligence;
  • 71 Inkerman Street St Kilda, pre-acquisition site due diligence and residential feasibility;
