DESCRIPTION

Common Ground is a model of permanent supportive housing that combines affordable, high-quality housing with intensive support services to help people who have experienced long-term homelessness. Madden House will provide permanent accommodation support for 26 community members who have experienced long-term homelessness. 

They will be supported by 24 / 7 on-site services to ensure long-term stability.
