‘Parade’ – Merri Parade, Northcote
Formerly a 3,600sqm industrial site located on a main road in a residential zone.
We acquired the site into a joint venture SPV and redeveloped the site to comprise 79 one and two bedroom apartments over a basement car park plus 14, two and three storey townhouses. Construction was completed in mid 2013.

- Site acquisition;

- Tender and appoint all consultants;
- Develop master plan;
- Design management, concept through to D&C documentation;
- Feasibility analysis;
- Run planning application and appeal;
- Establish and manage budgets and programme;
- Product and market research;
- Develop and implement marketing program and pre-sales;
- Design management during development and documentation phases;
- Funding submission;
- Joint Project Management during construction.
