DESCRIPTION

This project very close to the centre of Ballarat, was awarded planning approval in 2025 through the DTP Development Facilitation Program. The Hayball design comprises 45 light timber-frame apartments above an undercroft carpark podium with a ‘slip’ set of 4 apartments facing the ground floor frontage. 

The project is intended to be funded through the Federal HAFF 3 program.

Comprising a total of 27 x 1-bedroom 56m2 units and 18 x 2-bedroom, between 65m2 and 77m2 social housing units.
