14 beautiful, sustainable apartments in the heart of Preston.  Co-funded by Haven Home Safe and Homes Victoria through the Big Housing Build, the 9 two-bedroom and 5 one-bedroom energy-efficient apartments were cleverly designed to maximise yield on a small block.

They offer renters amenity, security, comfort, and accessibility near transport and essential local amenities.

The project delivered by Stemcon with project management by Foredev, was challenging in many respects. Being on busy Bell St, and simultaneously built alongside an SDA facility by Equisent, access and programming were the key issues.
