DESCRIPTION

This development brought together the architectural design and build talent of Arkit – Advanced Prefabricated Architecture with their modular light-timber building methodology as well as the skill and detail of project managers Sensum Group.

The project superbly showcases the benefits of modular factory-built construction. Arkit’s modular construction delivered all 25 homes, plus all the civil works within an 11-month timeframe.

For a project that struggled to find a capable Horsham builder, Arkit adapted the 22 x two-bedroom and 3 x one-bedroom dwellings from an existing approved design, to modular construction and delivery.
